1. Who we are
Out of the Maze Guides LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Contact: hello@outofthemazeguides.com.
2. What we collect, and why
When you buy: Stripe runs our checkout and receives your name, email, card or wallet details and billing address. We receive your name, email and what you bought, so we can give you your Guides, resend your link and handle refunds. We never see or store your full card number.
"Get my guide again": the email address you type is used once to look up your purchase and send your link, and is not kept by our website.
If you write to us: what you send, so we can answer.
3. What we do NOT collect
Your answers inside the Guides and AI Companions stay on your own device. Pickers, quiz answers, checklists and notes are saved only in your own browser and are never sent to us. Clearing your browser data deletes them.
Our website and Guides set no cookies and load no outside fonts, scripts, ads, pixels, trackers, chat widgets or recording tools. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.
4. Who else handles your information
Only the services that run the business, each for its own job: Stripe (checkout, payments, tax and receipts), Cloudflare (hosts this website), Resend (sends the "Get my guide again" email) and Zoho Mail (our customer inbox). Stripe has its own privacy policy for the payment details it handles.
5. When you use an AI tool
The AI Companion gives you prompts to copy into an AI tool you choose, such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. What you paste there goes to that company under its own privacy policy. The prompts ask you to use first names only and no ID numbers.
6. How long we keep it
We keep purchase records while you have your Guides and as tax law requires, and emails for as long as needed to help you.
7. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal information. Email us; we answer within 30 days. California residents have these rights under California law, and people in the UK and EU under the GDPR. We will not treat you differently for asking.
8. Children
Our Guides are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date above, and tell buyers by email if the change matters.
