How to ask
Within 30 days of buying, email hello@outofthemazeguides.com from the email address you used at checkout (or tell us that address). Just say "refund please".
What happens next
We refund the full amount to the card, Apple Pay or Google Pay you used. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days. Your private guide link stops working once the refund is made.
Or pass it on
Within the same 30 days you can ask us, once, to give your guide to someone else instead. Send us their name and email. We send them their own link, and yours stops working.
