These terms cover buying and using our guides and AI Companions (the "Guides"). By buying or using a Guide you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Out of the Maze Guides LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@outofthemazeguides.com.
2. Information, not advice
The Guides give general information and point you to public resources. They are not legal, medical, financial, tax, insurance or real estate advice, and they do not create a lawyer, doctor, adviser or any other professional relationship. Laws, benefits and prices differ by state and change often. Check everything with the official source and a licensed professional in the right state before you act, and speak to a licensed attorney before you sign anything, sell anything or move money.
3. Emergencies
The Guides are not an emergency service. If anyone is in danger, call 911.
4. Names and links
We do not recommend, endorse or guarantee any company, professional, product or website named in a Guide, and we receive no referral fees. Names and trademarks belong to their owners, who do not sponsor or approve our Guides. Links go to sites we do not control.
5. Buying and payment
Prices are shown on our home page and at checkout, in US dollars. Checkout is run by Stripe, which processes your payment and may act as the seller of record and collect any sales tax. We never see your full card number. We may change prices for future purchases.
6. Your copy
When you pay, you get a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the Guides you bought. They are yours to keep, like a book, accurate as of their 2026 copyright date; any later update is up to us. You receive a private link. Keep it safe: anyone with the link can open your Guides. A family plan covers the number of people shown at checkout, the buyer included, and the buyer may share the link only with them. You may not resell, publish, record, scrape or copy the Guides, share the link more widely, or use them to train artificial intelligence. All content, design, audio and branding belong to us or our licensors.

8. Voice and AI features
Voice-overs may be made with artificial intelligence and may differ slightly from the written text; the written text applies. The AI Companion gives you prompts to use in an AI tool you choose; that tool's own terms and privacy policy apply to what you paste there.
9. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your own decisions and for those you make for others. Follow the law and respect other people's rights and privacy. You must be at least 18.
10. No warranty, and limits
The Guides are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the Guides in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so some may not apply to you.
11. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming. Before making any claim, please email us first and give us 30 days to put it right.
12. Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
